2023 Season Experience Update: B.Y.O.B. (bring your own bedding and bath supplies)
We setup cedar platforms with canvas tents on walk-in Moran State Park campsites.
You take it from there.
As you might have read earlier this year, our founder and Chief Experience Officer, Scott, presented at the first-ever Global Glamping Summit in Denver this April. He’s back at it, and will present once again at the Global Glamping Summit California November 27 – 28, 2018. This second-ever Summit will be held down in Long Beach, California.
Why attend?
If you’re interested in what happens behind the tent flaps, then the Global Glamping Summit California could be for you. The folks from across the pond at Swan Events do quite a nice job attracting a big audience. Plus, they’ve gone ahead and selected an attractive late-November locale!
About the session
Scott will host a session at the end of day one affectionately titled “Before Sh*t hits the Tent: Strategizing for Low Season.” Attendees can learn where the title came from, and glean actionable insights to help determine where they want to get, and define the steps to get them there. Scott’s session will also challenge seasonal business owners and managers to contemplate where, within their cyclical business, folks on their team should be the “too busy to tie their shoes” sort of busy we may know too well.
After all, the quiet season only gets as quiet as you let it.
