2023 Season Experience Update: B.Y.O.B.  (bring your own bedding and bath supplies)

We setup cedar platforms with canvas tents on walk-in Moran State Park campsites.

You take it from there.

We can’t say what hasn’t already been said about the past several months. Now, more than ever, we really appreciate all of the opportunities to explore the great outdoors around Washington State and on Orcas Island.  It’s tough to believe that 2022 is almost here. Though we won’t open for 2022 season bookings until January 15, 2022, and our 2022 season won’t start until June 17, 2022, you’ll have lots of opportunities to explore Washington State parks all year long – with Washington State Parks Free Days 2022!

Washington State Parks has designated the free days in 2022 when visitors will not need a Discover Pass to park at state parks and on recreation lands managed by Washington Department of Natural Resources (DNR) and Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW).

Here are the 2022 Discover Pass free days straight from Parks.

**Please note that free days apply only to day use and not overnight stays or rented facilities. No Discover Pass Required.**
